Refer a Friend 

Being referred by a current candidate is the highest compliment we can receive and you can earn €250 for every referral you make with us.

Once you have permission from your friend you can reach out to RLAL Recruitment and submit their details via email or phone. We will contact the referred friend and take them through our recruitment process.

Terms and Conditions:

You must mention your friends name during the sign up process and ensure that they also mention you.

You both must remain employed with the recruitment agency for 6 months.

You can claim this benefit for every candidate who registers and secures employment through RLAL Recruitment.

Payments will be issued as a One4All voucher.

The referring candidate must contact RLAL recruitment once the six months are completed to claim the One4All voucher and no later than 3 months after their first 6 months.

RLAL Recruitment reserve the right to vary or terminate this scheme at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the rules, results and all other matters relating to the scheme and the decision of RLAL Recruitment shall be final.
